WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any product purchased from Zarkasha e-store cannot be returned under normal circumstances. In the rare scenario where a faulty, damaged or incomplete item is delivered to you, you may always contact our customer service at +923090602971 or write an email to customercare@zarkashaonline.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of order by customer.

Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. The full amount will be credited to the original method of payment. After 24 hours no refunds are offered.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, we ship internationally. The duties and taxes at destination country are to be paid by the customers.

WHAT IS ONLINE STORE CREDIT?

Online Store Credit is created by the customer care team which is used to shop anything of the same value from the e-store. It is of the same value of the product that is being returned minus the shipping cost.

Online Store Credit is valid for 15 days after its generation.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments at the moment.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Zarkasha expresses regret to all international customers, but currently we do not offer any exchanges or refunds for international online orders. However, we try our very best to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure your complete assurance while placing your order.
