Returns & Exchanges

Zarkasha garments are produced on a made-to-order and limited-run basis. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The item delivered is faulty

  • The item delivered isΒ damaged during transit

  • The item delivered is incorrect from the original order

Reporting an Issue

Customers must contact support@zarkashaonline.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with:

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Order number and details

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

For international customers, refunds or replacements are only considered under the eligible conditions stated above.

Couture Orders

Luxury Formals & Couture orders are handled as bespoke services and follow dedicated confirmations. Specific terms for such orders are communicated individually.
