Any product purchased from the Zarkasha e-store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances, in the rare scenario where a faulty, damaged or incomplete item is delivered, you may always contact our customer care team, within 24 hours of receiving your order, who will facilitate you with an Online Store Credit option (minus shipping costs) of the same value, which then can be used to purchase another item. Please note that no customer request will be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of order by customer.
Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged online within 15 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase. For customers who opt for online exchange process, with a valid reason for exchange, will have to ship the product back to us before claiming exchange.
Proof of Purchase: This includes the online order confirmation email.
Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect.
Process of Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been received from the customer.
Items not Allowed for Exchange: Articles purchased on discount or on sale and all customized/ made-to-order orders are not qualified for exchange.
Currently, Zarkasha does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Zarkasha holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
