EXCHANGE POLICY
Products purchased from the Zarkasha e-store are not eligible for exchange or return under normal circumstances.
Made-to-Order & Customized Articles
All Made-to-Order and customized items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
As these items are produced specifically on customer request, customers are required to carefully review size, measurements, fabric, color, and product details before placing an order and making payment.
By confirming payment, the customer agrees that the order is final.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders (Rare Cases)
In the rare event that a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item is delivered, customers must contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Upon verification, Zarkasha may offer an Online Store Credit:

Equal to the product value

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Store credit can be used for a future purchase

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Eligibility for Exchange

Accompanied by the original invoice

Exchange Conditions
A valid reason must be provided, such as:

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect item received

Incorrect size (nonâmade-to-order items only)
Customers opting for exchange must ship the product back to Zarkasha before an exchange can be processed.
Processing Time
Once received, the exchange process may take 7â10 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Zarkasha does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
If an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, customers must contact Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Zarkasha does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once processing has started, cancellation is not permitted, especially for Made-to-Order items
Zarkasha reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

Pricing or listing errors

Payment failure or decline by the issuing financial institution
