Zarkasha operates on a made-to-order and limited-run production model. Each garment is crafted after an order is placed, and production timelines vary by collection.
Production Timelines
The following are our standard production timelines before dispatch:
Casual Collection: Dispatched within 7 business days
Luxury Pret Collection: Dispatched within 19 business days
Luxury Formals & Couture: Produced under a dedicated production timeline and handled through personalized coordination after order confirmation
Production timelines begin once payment is confirmed.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via tracked courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via whatsapp and email.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country and courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier operations.
International Shipping
Zarkasha ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet all production and dispatch timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay.
